The Innocenti De Tomaso was an automobile produced by Nuova Innocenti from 1974 to 1992. After De Tomaso took control of Innocenti, the Italian company designed a compact 3-door hatchback body for the Mini chassis. The De Tomaso name was actually only applied to the sports version, which was based on the Mini 1275 GT, the base model with the 998 cc was called Innocenti 90, while the 1275 cc engine was applied to the Innocenti 120.

In 1982, the car was renamed 3C, as the company replaced the Mini underpinnings with chassis and straight-3 cylinder engines sourced from the Daihatsu Charade. The base model was now called Innocenti 990, while the De Tomaso now received a turbocharged version of the 993 cc powerplant, with a Diesel variant also available.
